The music on Heaven or Las Vegas is unlike any other music ever created, before or since. It is indescribably beautiful.
It is music on another plane of consciousness altogether.
Multilayered vocals and guitars transcend space and time in layer upon ethereal layer, and coalesce into a dreamlike trance that finally engulfs the listener.
The lyrics, purposely and almost completely unintelligible, are sung not so much in another language (it is said that the "words" and phrases used by the singer are wholly of her own creation), but in a deeper and more elemental form of communication.
It must be experienced to be believed.
